Vince is a native of
Columbus, Ohio. He
has 20 years in the
premium audit and loss
control industry, having
begun his career with
Dave Vallance and
Assoc.
Vince oversees
product quality and the
Legacy field staff. His
attention to detail and
report excellence is
legendary in our
industry. He lives
in Columbus and works
from Legacy's corporate
office in Westerville,
OH.
Jim Joyner, APA
Vice-President,
WV Operations
Jim started out with Dave
Armfelt and Associates,
working as a field auditor
in West Virginia and
Pennsylvania.
Following that he worked for
a number of large, national
firms. His
responsibilities included
audit training and field
mentoring.
Jim currently oversees a
large, national audit
account as well as training
developing auditors.
He and his wife, Sandy live and work in
Morgantown, WV.

Partner,
Emeritus
Jim is well-known in
the premium audit
industry. He
started out with The
Travelers in Detroit,
MI. In the
intervening 40 years he
has worked for St.
Paul, Great American
Insurance and a number
of other large carriers.
Jim is a past officer
of NSIPA. After a
long, long time in this
industry, Jim decided to
retire in December,
2010.
He will continue to
work with Legacy on a
part-time basis, as well
as pursuing other
interests.

Myles Bancroft,
APA, ALCM
CFO, Managing
Partner - Corporate
Development
Myles began his career
with AV&S in 1986 in his
hometown of Charlotte,
NC. He has served as a
field manager and
Director of Quality &
Field Development with a
national field services
firm.
His responsibilities
are directed at
financial management as
well as developing key
business relationships.
Myles has been a regular
speaker at both regional
and national industry
events. Myles and
Stephanie live in
Westerville.

Rick has 24 years of
premium audit and
loss control
experience. He
successfully built
and managed both the
premium audit and
loss control
departments of a
large, regional
insurance carrier.
His career began
with Armfelt and
Associates as a
field auditor. Rick
is a Vice President
of NSIPA and
President of IAANO.
He is a regular
contributor of
articles and
presentations to the
local, regional and
national audit
associations.
Rick is responsible
for business
development and
building key
business relations.
He is also involved
in recruiting,
training and field
management. Rick and
his wife, Barb,
reside in Olmsted
Falls, Ohio, a
suburb of Cleveland.
